Dear Fellow Ostomates:

My name is Joseph A. Martell, the originator and designer of the COLOSTOMIZER. I was diagnosed with colon cancer in the summer of 1995. I had my surgery in the fall, and I thank the good Lord and my surgeon that I am a survivor.

I am a semi-retired denturologist, and when I tried to return to my dental practice, I found it very difficult to accept the problem of gas and odor. I tried all the available products, but was unable to solve the problem to my satisfaction.

Drawing on my experience as a practicing denturologist and instrument designer, I developed the COLOSTOMIZER.

I was so enthused working on the project with the dream of a solution to this problem, that it helped bring me through a very depressing time in my life.

I am sharing this recollection because I sincerely believe that the COLOSTOMIZER will help you cope with a worrisome problem.
